In 2023, the share-holding reform was completed, and the company was renamed as "Shanghai Cable Ocean Technology Co., Ltd.".

In 2022, the company invested 40 million yuan to purchase the R&D Building located in No.9,

Liandong U Valley Robot Innovation Port, to establish a service system of research and development, production and marketing, installation and operation and maintenance.

In 2021, Shanghai Tangyi Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

In 2019, we invested more than 60 million yuan to build a 7000-ton ship for submarine cable construction with electric turntable, which was called “Kaibo 8”.

In 2018, we completed the 220kV submarine cable installation project with the longest distance and the largest section at that time, which was called Jiangsu Dafeng C4 Offshore Wind Power Project of Huaneng Group, and won the "National High-quality Engineering Award" in 2022.

In 2017, we comlpeted the first overseas submarine cable project, which was called the Mekong River and Guoguang Island submarine cable project of the third phase of the Cambodia State Grid Reconstruction Project. We invested and constructed the submarine cable ship “Kaibo 6”.

In 2016, our company won the title of “Shanghai High-tech Enterprise” and completed State Power Investment Corporation's H1 # 100MW Offshore Wind Power Project in North District of Binhai , Jiangsu Province.

In 2015, we entered the deep sea for the first time, successfully implemented the construction of a deep-sea submarine cable with a water depth of 4,800 meters and a total length of 1,220 km, and won the "National High-quality Engineering Award" in 2023.

In 2013, we independently developed "Drag-reduction device for submarine cable - drag-reduction pulley", implemented Zhenjiang Yangtze River Shiyezhou Power Supply Project, which involved the 1800-meter horizontal directional drilling construction and cable pulling through pipe.

In 2012, Phase I and Phase II of Shanghai Donghai Bridge Offshore Wind Power Project we participated in won the "China Power High-quality Engineering Award" for the first time.

In 2010, we participated in the construction of the first offshore wind power project in Asia called Phase I of Shanghai Donghai Bridge Offshore Wind Power Project.
